We keep this short and honest, because that’s how we’d want to be treated.
Who we are. This site and our product demos are operated by SkyNexus AI Corp (“SkyNexus,” “we,” “us”).
The short version. By default we don’t track you with cookies and we don’t collect anything that identifies you. If you choose to share your details with us — for example, to get a report from a demo or to talk to us about your store — we’ll use them only for what you asked and to follow up. We don’t sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Everyone (anonymous). We use cookieless analytics to learn which parts of the site and demos are useful. We record the pages you visit, how long you stay and how far you scroll, the site or campaign link that brought you here (and the page that linked to us, when that site shares it), your device and browser type, how fast pages load, and any errors a page runs into (with any email addresses in them hidden). We work out your country and state from your connection and then discard the address. We don’t keep your IP address or your city. Some visits are recorded as session replays with all text and inputs masked, and replays are deleted after 30 days. None of this identifies you. We don’t collect names or emails this way, and we don’t use cookies or anything stored on your device to recognize you on a later visit.
- Only if you choose to share it (identified). When you give us your details in a demo or a form — typically your name, email, and store name (and optionally a phone number) — we link your activity in that demo to you so we can follow up about what you were looking at. This only happens when you opt in and check the consent box. If you don’t, you stay anonymous and can keep using the demo.
- When you chat with Nex. Nex is an AI assistant. When you chat with it, we save the conversation so we can answer you, follow up if you ask us to, and improve Nex and its answers. The chat window says so before you type. We keep chats, including anything you type in them, for 12 months, then delete them. Details you send through our booking or contact forms follow the 24-month rule below. We do not sell your chats.
Turning analytics off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our analytics don’t load at all. You can also turn them off on this site:
Analytics are off for this browser. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is on, so analytics are already off.
That saves one setting in your browser recording your choice. It doesn’t identify you, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The categories of personal information we collect when you choose to share it: identifiers (your name, email, and any phone number you give us) and business information (your store name). For everyone, we collect limited internet/usage activity (how the site and demos are used) in anonymized, non-identifying form.
When you book a call
If you book a call with us, we store what you submit: your name, email, business name, phone number if you give one, what you tell us about your business and your team size, the tools and setup options you select, how you heard about us, the time you book, the question you want answered, and anything else you choose to add. We use AI to prepare for the call. It reads your business description, and nothing else about you, to suggest tools you might be using, and you confirm or correct its guesses on the next screen. You book the call through Calendly, a scheduling service we use; to put the call on the calendar, your name, email, and the time you pick are sent to Calendly. Everything you submit goes into our own pipeline records so the person you meet arrives prepared. We do not sell this information, and apart from Calendly scheduling your call, we do not share it outside SkyNexus without asking you first. To have it corrected or deleted, use the contact details on this page and we will do it.
When you send us a question
If you use a form on our site to send us a question or ask for early access, we store what you submit: your name, email, your store or company name if you give one, and the question or note you write. We send you an automated email to confirm we received it, and a real person follows up. Your details go into our own pipeline records so we can respond. You choose to share this by checking the consent box; if you do not, nothing is submitted. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it outside SkyNexus except with the service providers listed below who help us store it and send the confirmation email. To have it corrected or deleted, use the contact details on this page and we will do it.
Text messages. If you give us your phone number and opt in through the chat on our site, you are agreeing to let us text you back about your inquiry. We keep your number, the exact wording you agreed to and when, and the messages we exchange with you, and we use them to answer and follow up on what you asked. We do not use these numbers for marketing or promotional texts, and we do not sell or rent your number. The only outside party it reaches is the messaging service that delivers the texts, and only so they can send them. We may also disclose it if the law requires. Message frequency varies, and your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop the texts, or HELP if you need a hand. Opting out of texts does not change any other way we keep in touch. We keep your phone number and SMS message history for 24 months from your last interaction, then delete or anonymize them. We keep the record of your consent (your number, the wording you agreed to, and when) for as long as we may need it to comply with the law or to establish your consent in a dispute. Texting is never a condition of buying anything, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP or telling us any other way. To see or delete what we hold, email us at [email protected].
Why we collect it
- To send you something you asked for (like a report you requested from a demo).
- To follow up about NexFacet or our services when you’ve asked us to or shown interest.
- To improve our site and demos.
We don’t use your information for anything you wouldn’t reasonably expect from the above.
Our legal basis. For the identified information, we rely on your consent — you choose to give it, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can withdraw your consent by emailing us — it won’t affect anything we did with your information before you withdrew.
Cookies. We don’t use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. Your browser keeps a few small settings so the site works the way you left it, like light or dark mode and your analytics choice. None of them identify you.
Who we share it with. We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it for advertising. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and follow up with you:
- PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics (cookieless, masked).
- Calendly — the scheduling service we use to book your call and add it to the calendar.
- Resend — the email service we use to send you a confirmation when you contact us. To deliver it, Resend receives your email address (to send to) and the confirmation message, which includes your name and, if you wrote one, the question you sent, echoed back to you.
- Anthropic — the AI service that writes Nex’s replies. It receives the conversation to do that.
- Supabase — the database service where we store chats and the details you send us.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms; we share only what’s needed for them to do that job. We may also use other trusted service providers that help us operate the site and follow up with you (for example, hosting, email, and customer-management tools). We share only what they need to do that work, and we update this list as our tools change. Your information is processed in the United States.
How long we keep it. Anonymous analytics are kept for one year, and session replays for 30 days. Identified details you share are kept for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymized — unless you’ve become a customer or asked us to stay in touch. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.
How we protect your information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe and limit who can access it.
Your choices and rights. You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it, or
- stop contacting you.
Just email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
Your California privacy rights. If you’re a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect and why; access a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email us at [email protected]; we may need to verify your identity first.
Children. Our site and demos are for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we’ll delete it.
Changes. If we change this policy we’ll update the date below. This policy is effective as of 2026-10-01.
