If you're the one who holds it all together, this is for you.

Owner-operated, 5–20 people, 4–8 tools that don't talk, no IT department, and one person — you — who is the bottleneck for every cross-system question.

Bring your question

SkyNexus connects the tools an owner-operated business already runs — the system of record, the books, the CRM, the files, the calendar — to the AI the owner already pays for, read-only to start, so anyone on the team can ask a plain-language question and get an answer from the business’s own data without going through the owner.

A TUESDAY

Fill in your own blanks.

You open ____ to check ____, then ____ to see if it matches. It doesn't. You fix it by hand. Repairs, placements, events, jobs: work with stages, promises, and dates that live in different screens.

YOUR STACK

Tell us what you run.

Your system of record, your books, your CRM, your files, your calendar. Most tools with an export or an API can follow. Your tools stay where they are.

HOW IT WORKS, FOR EVERYONE

Three steps. Same for every business.

  1. 01Connect the tools you run — read-only to start.
  2. 02One gateway, your people's own keys.
  3. 03Ask in plain language.

IS THIS YOU?

This works best when something is moving.

  • You switched or added a system in the last year.
  • You're opening a second location — or just did.
  • The next generation is stepping in and wants the business to run on systems, not memory.
  • You're in a peer group, and someone asked a number you couldn't pull.
  • Last month you wanted a number and it took an hour of exports.

If your systems work and nothing's changing, you probably don't need us. If something's moving, bring the question.

THE FIRST CALL

Bring one question you can’t answer.

We’ll answer it from your own exports on the first call, before we ask you for anything. Thirty minutes.

QUESTIONS

Questions owners ask

Do I have to replace the tools I already use?
No. Your POS, CRM, and other systems stay your systems of record — we add a layer, we don't swap anything out.
What happens in the first 30 days?
We learn how your business runs, look at the tools and data you already have, and agree on the first thing worth doing. Not every problem needs software. Sometimes the fix is a process change, a small integration — or nothing at all. The first call is for finding that out.
How much does it cost?
Monthly bands are published on our pricing page — one monthly price, per business, with the figure set by scope and how much ongoing operation you want us to own. Integration is quoted separately, per tools connected.
