Collaborated with IoT company to architect proper AI implementation for industrial facility data. This work revealed the gap between AI capability and practical deployment—insights that became core to NexusOS's configuration-first philosophy.
Challenge
Proaxion needed guidance on properly implementing AI for industrial IoT data analysis. Their facilities had siloed operational data across multiple systems, and they struggled to understand how AI could deliver practical value beyond theoretical capability.
Solution
Consulted on AI architecture and integration strategy for connecting disparate industrial data sources. Designed approaches for data correlation, pattern recognition, and actionable insights that aligned with their operational workflows rather than requiring process changes.
Implementation
Developed AI integration framework connecting MES, CMMS, and process control systems. Created proof-of-concept demonstrating how AI could identify operational inefficiencies through cross-system data correlation. Provided technical guidance on deployment architecture and model selection.
Optimization
This engagement revealed the critical gap between AI capability and practical enterprise deployment. We worked toward developing an army of AI assistants to support and magnify the impact of their top service engineer. The experience shaped our understanding that companies need configurable solutions, not custom code for every use case.
